IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Ideal for travelers who have a layover in Dubai, this hotel is located within the Dubai International Airport and provides easy access to Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before traveling.
This hotel is a transit hotel, and guests staying[+] at the hotel (Terminal 1 or 3) cannot leave the airport. Guests should go directly to the hotel, and not proceed to immigration and baggage clearance. If they do so, they cannot check in again.
In addition please note the following:
1. Guests can get to Hotel Reception in Terminal 1 by using elevators or escalators located between gates 115 and 117. In Terminal 3, the Hotel Reception can be reached using the elevators located near gate 214 and gate 219.
2. Passengers arriving on Emirates Airlines flights will be allocated rooms in Terminal 3 and passengers arriving on other Airlines will be allocated rooms in Terminal 1. Passengers can walk between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 as the buildings are connected.
3. Passengers are strongly advised not to exit the Terminal as they will be denied access to the Hotel until 3 hours prior to their ongoing flight departure time.
4. It is strongly recommended that passengers carry their toiletries etc. in their hand baggage as they will be unable to retrieve their checked-in baggage for the reasons mentioned in point 3.
