Iternational flight arrival times must be informed to us at least 7 days prior to arrival. All changes within 7 days will be considered if they can be combined with other arrivals. Alternatively a private transfer can be arranged. Boat transfers will be arranged according to the client’s arrival and departure time. Except for private transfers Short waiting periods may occur to combine several passengers on the same boat. Cancellation Policy except Peak Season: Cancellation within 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee. Peak Season (20th December 2008 – 10th January 2009 inclusive) For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge.
