RECOMMENDED PICKUP TIMINGS

• For transfer Ex KUL to Cameron, Ipoh, Malacca or Kuala Tembeling Jetty: Pick up time 1100hrs**
• For return transfer from the above destinations back to KUL : Pick up time 1200hrs - 1700hrs

BOOKING PROCEDURE

• Booking must be made at least 5 working days in advance
  All bookings are on prepayment basis. Payment by credit card (Accept Visa or Master Card only)

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

• Above rates are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) per person or per vehicle and per way basis.
• Surcharge of RM50 is applicable from 1 May to 31 August.
• Above Rates are NETT and are subject to 100% Cancellation charge made less than 24 hrs.
• Our Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay to luggage carried
• Our vehicle will not turn back to retrieve late passengers.
• One (1) luggage per guest and any additional luggage will depend on space availability, otherwise guest will need to make their own arrangement.
• Full payment for No Show and No refund for additional cost incurred if the guest take a taxi to hotel after the allocated waiting time and we didn't received phone call from guests.
• All transfer is conduct by our experience English speaking driver guide
• All reservation is on a first come first serve basis and may be change with or without prior notice.
• All booking confirmation is accompanied by our reference confirmation number (STLC000001) and our billing amount.
• The company reserves the right to amend / cancel the above rates due to any circumstances with or without prior notice
• Please allocate 1 hr 30 mins for the journey from Kuala Lumpur to Airport.
• Maximum waiting time for arrival transfer at Kuala Lumpur International Airport is 1 hrs 30 min from estimate Time Of Arrival (ETA).
• Booking From 2301 - 0559 will be considered midnight, please refer to the above rates

Full refund less 5.5% credit card processing fee if booking is cancelled 05 working days before arrival date
Full charge is applicable for any reservation cancelled within 5 working days prior to transfer date
