Payment

All Bookings are on prepayment. Payment to be made upon confirmation of booking and are accepted by credit card (Only Visa & Master Card acceptable). Upon receipt of payment, vouchers will be emailed to guest.

Terms & Conditions: 

• All rates are per person basis and min 2 paxs per booking
• All rates & schedule are subject to charge with or without notice.  Upon confirmation, terms & conditions are applicable.
• All timetable are fixed and vehicle will leave as per schedule
• All reservation are on a first come first serve basis
• Be at least 15 minutes in advance before your pick-up time
• All tours are based on Joint Basis (SIC)
• For all transfer on Joint Basis (SIC), Coach will pick up from other hotels, please be aware if any delays arise.
• Maximum waiting time for Joint Basis (SIC) transfer/tours is 10 mins from the mentioned pick up time
• The company reserves the right to amend / cancel the transfer /tour with or without prior notice

Cancellation Policy

All confirmed booking, "no-show" or last minute cancellation are Non-Refundable
Full refund less 5.5% credit card processing fee if booking is cancelled 03 days before arrival date.
