BOH Tuang Poh
is our Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for setting corporate policy, directions and business strategy. He founded Asiatravel in 1995. Mr Boh was bestowed “The Tourist Entrepreneur of the Year 2002”.

HENG Su-Ling Mae
Heng Su-Ling Mae was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Asiatravel.com Holdings Limited on 27 April 2012. She is the Audit Chairperson and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Mae is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Malaysian listed Apex Healthcare Berhad and Singapore listed Ossia International Limited. Mae graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 1991 and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has over 16 years of experience in an audit, corporate finance and business advisory environment with Ernst and Young Singapore. She is currently a Director of her family-owned investment holding companies, Drew and Lee group of companies.

NGIAM Mia Je Patrick
is our Non-Executive Director. He is currently the Chairman and CEO of IPC Corporation Ltd and Essex Investment Group. Patrick, graduated in Electronics Engineering, is an acknowledged entrepreneur in Singapore and has received many accolades. In 1990, he was awarded the inaugural KPMG High-Tech Entrepreneur Award. Other awards include the DHL & Singapore Press Holdings Singapore Business Award for Businessman of the Year in 1993 and the Chevalier De L’Ordre National Du Merite conferred by Le President De La Republique Francaise in 1996.

TAN Kheng Lee Arnold
is our Independent Director since 2005 and is also the Chairman of the Nominating Committee. He is currently a Partner in Rajah & Tann, a law firm in Singapore and practices in the area of corporate and commercial law. He graduated in 1988 and holds an honours degree in law from the London School of Economics, University of London and is a Barrister-at-law of Middle Temple.

CHONG Chin Fan
is our Independent Director and is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Currently, Mr Chong is the Chief Financial Officer of Luye Pharma Group Ltd.

Mr Chong graduated in the United Kingdom in 1976 as a Certified Accountant, and worked in the United Kingdom from 1976 to 1979. He worked with KPMG Singapore from 1979 to 1981. Before joining Luye Pharma Group Ltd in 2004, he was the Group Financial Controller of Econ International Group from 1992 to 2004.

In 1981, he worked for Wah-Chang International Group as Group Accountant and later became Group Accounting and Administrative Manager, a position he held until 1992. Mr Chong Chin Fan is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of The Institute of Certified Accountants of Singapore, and is also a Fellow Member of The Chartered Certified Accountant of the United Kingdom.
