APARTMENT for 3 pax: individually controlled AC (extra paid) located in the bedroom, 2 rooms: one with kitchenette and one bed + bedroom (2 beds), bathroom (shower/WC), radio, balcony or terrace. Beds are normal and not sofas. APARTMENT for 4 pax: individually controlled A/C (extra paid) located in the bedroom, 2 rooms: one with kitchenette and one bed + bedroom (1 double bed & 1 single bed), bathroom, radio, balcony or terrace. Beds are normal and not sofas. |
| Facilities |
Fully equipped with the necessary appliances (refrigerator, electrical hotplates or gas rings for cooking), kitchen utensils, cupboard, tables and chairs. The rooms shall be furnished with the necessary furniture and shall have the bed sheets, pillows, blankets, linen, required for each bed. Hot and cold water, electricity and gas included in the price.
CLEANING: common areas are cleaned every day, change of the towels and cleaning of interior of the apartments: 1 time per week. Sheets are changed once per week. If necessary, the apartments are cleaned more frequently. |
