Bangpoo Golf and Sports Club is one of only a few Arnold Palmer creations in Asia. The course is set near the Gulf of Thailand on a land plot consisting of rolling terrain, mature trees, and large amounts of natural flowers. Cascata Golf Club is the latest star among new breed golf courses developed around Bangkok, opened in October 2006. It features 18 hole Championship course, design by Thanawat Subrungrueng with imaginative layout and outstanding playing conditions. The par 72 course stretches a challenging 7,047 yards from Championship's yellow tees, or a relaxing 6,273 yards from the regular's white tees. Green Valley Country Club is one of the best courses along the Bangkok to Pattaya motorway and close to the new Suvarnabhumi international airport. Rolling fairways and undulating greens plus the well-placed lakes and bunkers offer challenging golf, especially the long openings holes along water.
