Terms and Conditions for all promotional packages:

  • Monday - Thursday (excluding all Eve and Public Holiday and Public Holiday)
  • Valid for ferry departing from Singapore at 0910 hours and returning ferry from Bintan at 1635/1735 and 2015 (Bintan Time) hours only
  • No deviation of ferry is allowed
  • No cancellation is allowed once booking is submmitted
  • Cancellation will be subjected to full cancellation charge

Terms & Conditions:
  • A 3% service fees will apply for payment via credit card.
  • Payment must be made prior to departure.
  • Cancellation must be made 7 days in advance.
  • 50% cancellation charges will apply for cancellation less than 7 working days from whole package.
  • 100% cancellation charges will apply for cancellation less than 3 working days or no show.
  • Any amendments of names less than 4 working days prior to departure will be subjected to full ferry charges.
  • An admin fees of SGD 15 and credit card processing fees (or 5% whichever is higher) will apply for all cancellation of booking.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment can also be made via cash or cheque.
