  • Payment must be made at least 7 working days prior to departure
  • Cancellation must be made 14 days in advance.
  • 50% cancellation charges will apply for cancellation less than 14 working days for whole package.
  • 100% cancellation charges will apply for cancellation less than 7 working days/last minute cancellation or no show.
  • Any amendments of names less than 4 working days prior to departure will be subjected to full ferry charges.
  • An admin fees of SGD 25 and credit card processing fees (or 5% whichever is higher) will apply for all cancellation of booking.
