A 3% service fees will apply for payment via credit card. Payment must be made prior to departure. Cancellation must be made 7 days in advance. 50% cancellation charges will apply for cancellation less than 7 working days from whole package. 100% cancellation charges will apply for cancellation less than 3 working days or no show. Any amendments of names less than 4 working days prior to departure will be subjected to full ferry charges. An admin fees of SGD 15 and credit card processing fees (or 5% whichever is higher) will apply for all cancellation of booking. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Payment can also be made via cash or cheque.
