Le Meridien Nirwana Golf & Spa Resort is located in Tabanan Regency, one of Bali's richest rice-growing regions. The regency also encompasses other agricultural activity, stretching from the south-western coast up to 700 metres elevation on the lower slopes of Gunung Batukaru. Toward Tabanan's southern plains, northward to Bedugal, the landscape changes from the gentle terraces of rice fields to fields of vegetables or fruit such as cabbage, onions and papaya.
